Don is an estate planning attorney in Denver, Colorado. In 1985, he graduated from the University of South Carolina, B.A., cum laude, and in 1988 he received
his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Don is a Certified Financial Planner® Certificant, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. He is member of the following organizations:

Don concentrates his practice in the area of estate planning, asset protection planning, QDRO drafting
& consultation services and marital agreements. He works to ensure that his clients are provided with the necessary tools to control and protect assets
effectively and efficiently during their lifetimes, as well as the tools to ensure that his clients' assets are used and distributed according to their wishes after they are no longer able
or available to manage the assets themselves.
